We are currently seeking a Business and Technology Strategy Senior Consultant to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

POSITION SUMMARY 

 

We are currently hiring for Business and Technology Strategy Senior Consultant positions in our Consulting organization. You will work as a critical part of an interdisciplinary team to help clients transform their business, strengthen their competitive position, and solve their most pressing problems. As part of the select, high-growth Consulting team, you will have exposure to senior leaders and a start-up-like atmosphere, with the support of a stable, global company.  As a Principal Consultant you will play a vital role with the client, building relationships and driving value-based outcomes. You will have opportunities to lead small teams of consultants on a large project, or manage multiple small to medium-sized projects, developing leadership skills and advancing your career.  

 

Successful applicants for this position will start in either Winter, Spring or Summer 2024.  Roles will be based in our regional hub cities: Atlanta, Chicago, Charlotte, Nashville, New York, Phoenix and Plano. 

 

This is a full-time salaried position, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that begins on your first day of employment. Selected candidates will participate in an intensive training and development program before alignment with a variety of projects/engagements.    

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Assist with leading project teams in defining the client’s problem(s)   

• Contribute to producing deliverables and establishing and following project routines 

• Establish relationships at the appropriate levels, gain understanding of work and problems encountered 

• Use good judgment in communicating with stakeholders 

• Conduct primary and secondary research via a variety of tools 

• Communicate and summarize findings and recommendations, simplifying and clarifying complex concepts for a variety of audiences 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• A Master’s of Business Administration degree with a graduation date by July 2024 

• Minimum 3 years of experience using tools in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace 

• US Citizen or Green Card holder 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience 

• Strong executive communication skills 

• High emotional intelligence  

• Flexible and willing to travel

• Presentation/oral and written expression: builds credibility when delivering presentations and during discussions, writes well-articulated, structured, and succinct professional documentation  

• Facilitation & storyboarding: prepares and leads meetings, drives decision making, and ensures participation 

• Influencing: challenges conventional views and presents ideas persuasively to gain buy-in/steer others to specific outcomes 

• Team builder: creates an effective working environment and contributes to maintaining a positive spirit within the team 

• Conflict management: brings conflicts and disagreements into the open and secures optimal resolution with support
