Our team is booming and we are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Customer Success Officer to join us in making this mission a reality.</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <p>Operations (80% of your time)</p> <ul> <li>As a Junior Customer Success Officer (Tax Coach), you are the first help for tax questions. Via chat, email, phone or video call, you assist our users.</li> <li>You support the community with demos, webinars and drafting FAQs.</li> <li>You act as a bridge between self-employed users and our product team, both for passing on new ideas and resolving issues.</li> </ul> <p>Projects (20% of your time)</p> <ul> <li>You devise strategies to retain and persuade users to subscribe and submit taxes with us.</li> <li>You contribute to improving our UX and work closely with the marketing team.</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.</li> <li>You have an eye for detail and always focus on quality.</li> <li>You are strong in communication and know exactly how to help and convince our customers.</li> <li>You can work well independently, but also function well in a team.</li> <li>You feel completely at home in the energetic and rapidly changing environment of a start-up.</li> <li>You have a practical attitude, get to work immediately and see opportunities everywhere.</li> <li>Financial knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement - we will quickly bring you up to speed during your onboarding.</li> </ul> <h2 id="benefits">Benefits</h2> <p><strong>What we offer in this role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A role where you make a real difference to self-employed people.</li> <li>Working in Brussels and remotely.</li> <li>An attractive salary with stock options.</li> <li>An open-ended contract with plenty of development opportunities.</li> </ul> <p>Sound good?
