Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Princeton, New Jersey and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud; may perform design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Drive various aspects of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which may include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, and escalations of urgent issues. Design and develop data governance standards, roles and responsibilities; design data conversion strategies and facilitate data conversion, mapping and cleansing workshops to support the clients’ conversion to Cloud. Perform assessments of existing information systems, identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, and estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Driving implementations of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), utilizing Apex, DataLoader, Lightning Web (LWC), and Out-of-the Box configuration components;
  
• Converting legacy data according to current system’s data structure utilizing data warehouse tools, including Structured Query Language (SQL) Server, Snowflake and Microsoft (MS) Excel;
  
• Designing conversion strategies and mapping rules between legacy data and the current system database to facilitate data conversion;
  
• Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development, utilizing Lucidchart, Atlassian Jira, and MS Visio;
  
• Tracking application defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing Jira;
  
• Defining project approaches and driving Salesforce implementation activities across the solution delivery lifecycle, including discovery sessions, requirement gathering, user story definition, process design, and assessment of business and launch readiness;
  
• Developing detailed implementation plans for deploying Salesforce functionalities and integrations, establishing key project milestones, and developing high-level architecture; and
  
• Utilizing client scripts, business rules, UI (User Interface) actions and policies on the Salesforce platform, to architect project solutions based on client requirements for Salesforce modules and integrations.
