Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:

 

• Develop the major capital requirements for meeting Mill/Project objectives.
• Lead and coordinate the design and construction activities for projects
• Coordinate the design, drawings and specifications that will meet process and facility objectives.
• Support and exemplify the mission, vision and principles of the Maysville Mill.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

The key accountabilities listed below are not to be considered all-inclusive; a team member may be required to perform additional tasks, as directed, and based on changing business needs of the company.

 

• Participate and lead in safety process improvements to ensure an injury free work site.
• Evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria for project assignments.
• Inspect and evaluate the condition of specific process equipment.
• Recommend procedures, alterations and modifications to extend the useful life and reliability of the assets.
• Utilize the PDP process to develop and implement assigned projects.
• Communicate analyses to mill personnel; i.e., mill management, technicians, etc.
• Provide sound project management for development, approval, planning and execution of a wide variety of projects from maintenance work orders to large capital projects.
