What You Will Do:
Reporting to the Billing Manager, the Sr Billing Analyst is responsible for the timely preparation of monthly customer invoices in accordance with contract terms and billing processes and procedures.
- Responsible for supporting an assigned group of Project Managers
- Invoice all projects timely and accurately in the billing system
- Understanding of the project's billing needs
- Process invoices to E-billing sites
- Follow SOX controls
- Application of advanced bills, by request
- Manage Milestone Billing and Revenue plans
- Assist on aged billed receivables - Update Accounts Receivable notes accordingly
- Maintain an Unbilled log for billing status/updates throughout the month
- Maintain project billing folders to established guidelines
- Communicate effectively, timely and courteously to project managers and billing management
- Assist with audit requests and other ad hoc requests
What You Will Need:
- Requires a University Degree and a minimum of 4-6 years of prior relevant experience in billing and invoicing or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- Experience preparing customer invoices for Fixed Fee, UOP and Time & Materials type projects
- PeopleSoft 9.2
- Experience with Adobe, Word and Excel
- E-billing experience (ie Ariba, Coupa)
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Associates Degree or higher
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Adobe experience
- Familiarity with Power BI reporting
