Behavioral Consultant - Fee for Service

Earn $27.50 - 32.50 per hour based on experience and licensure.  Minimum of 15 hours a week

 What You’ll Do

• Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for children and adolescents
• Analyze behavioral data and develop measurable treatment goals
• Provide clinical guidance and support to Behavioral Technicians and team members
• Collaborate with families, schools, and treatment teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and provide ongoing program monitoring rather than direct therapy

This role allows you to work in home and school settings, giving you flexibility and variety in your day.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must meet one of the following:

• Licensed Behavior Specialist in PA
• BCBA certification
• Graduate degree in ABA
• OR relevant master’s degree + experience working with children in behavioral health
