JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Smeal College of Business Management & Organization Department is seeking applicants for a part-time teaching assistant (TA) for MGMT 355: Leadership and Change in Organizations with Professor Jennifer Eury.

The TA will be primarily responsible for running study sessions, which include:

  • Assist with grading assignments
  • Assist with administrative aspects of the course
  • Respond to student questions, as needed

Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Basic proficiency with computers (e.g., browser navigation, data entry, troubleshooting)

Schedule:

  • August 25, 2025 - December 19, 2025
  • 5 - 7 hours every week (+/- 2 hours)

Compensation:

  • The rate for this job is $15/hr.
