Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Work Days: Holidays are required; infrequent opportunities for overtime
Rotation: May rotate between Methodist, University, and Riley hospitals
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional individual to provide front-line administrative and communication support within Radiology Reading Rooms. This role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between departments and supporting radiologists in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage incoming communications (calls, emails, voicemails)
Coordinate imaging and procedural requests with ordering offices
Track tasks and document interactions accurately
Support radiologists by placing calls, managing faxes, and handling requisitions
Load external imaging into various healthcare IT systems
Monitor internal communications and update worklists
Provide administrative and technical support to leaders and teams
Manage schedules and calendars
Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
Process invoices and respond to inquiries
Address basic administrative and technical issues independently
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
0–3 years of relevant experience; prior administrative experience preferred
Experience in a matrixed organization or complex work environment is a plus
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
