Pricing is a critical function in the highly competitive devices landscape and requires a thorough understanding of unique market dynamics around the globe to maximize our first party revenue and profit opportunity. This role is responsible for partnering with our Consumer Sales and Marketing organizations and Go-To-Market as well as our field sellers and marketeers to develop and execute strategic creative pricing strategies to propel Devices sales and protect worldwide Devices gross margin.

Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager - Device Pricing to lead the Pricing function for our Devices business. The role will center around solving complex customer problems using pricing solutions, collaborating with a diverse group of internal stakeholders to make recommendations on growth initiatives, and managing processes and business changes in a fast-paced environment.
This is an impactful role that requires technical, analytical, and communication skills, with proven ability to influence and drive business decisions through financial analysis and effective business partnering. Core responsibilities of the role include:
Partnering closely with Surface business planning, finance planning, marketing and sales to determine pricing frameworks throughout the product lifecycle to optimize share gains and profitability of the Devices portfolio globally
Driving business insights to support assumptions and inform pricing strategies to optimize margin goals, regional market nuances, and competitive benchmarking
Developing dynamic pricing models and compliant processes to support pricing integrity and agility to support new launch pricing as well as dynamic market situations such as tariffs, COGS impacts and foreign exchange fluctuations
Influencing program investments decisions and driving ROI (return on investment) evaluation
