Job Description
Position your career for long term success by joining the world's most admired motor vehicle parts supplier as ranked by Fortune for the third consecutive year. This positions combines, research, analytical and customer service skills to support dealers, field associates and product engineers with automotive parts queries. Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Receive, track, and resolve requests made via email, phone and in person.
- Organize and track various data and forms by Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
- Analyze claim trends versus parts ordered.
- Verify and release parts.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as directed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associate Degree in automotive technologies or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 6+ months of analyst experience working with an automotive OEM department.
- Must have knowledge of automotive parts.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet due dates in addition to handling multiple tasks while changing priorities.
- Intermediate personal computer proficiency - able to use Windows Explorer, MS Office Suite and the Internet.
- Must have proficiency with Software Applications such as PRS and TQNET, digital photography and editing software.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of most conventional automotive techniques including equipment, terminology and automotive technology.
- Must be detailed oriented, and methodical with follow up.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred
- Experience with Toyota automotive parts and Toyota processes.
- Experience with communicating with various departments within Toyota.
