As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Unit in Kingsburg, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, respond to routine concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized access attempts, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel.
• Support daily operations by completing incident reports, maintaining post records, and following Allied Universal and client-directed protocols for assigned patrol areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
