Your Role: Ignite Change As an Experienced Analytical Scientist specializing in Bioassay methods, you're the catalyst for innovation. You'll drive the implementation and refinement of assays, collaborating closely with a diverse mix of internal and external partners. Your expertise will shape a wide array of biopharmaceutical analytical methods, letting you actively participate in execution, data interpretation, and game-changing reporting.
More Than a Job: Your Impact
- Lead the implementation and development of AD Bioassay procedures
- Troubleshoot and offer scientific support for bioassay methods
- Champion AD in cross-functional projects, making your mark in every collaboration
- Verbal and written reporting to clients
- Transfer analytical procedures to Quality Control (QC) and coordinate external testing
Your Qualifications: Powering the Future We're looking for someone who brings:
- A background in Protein Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biochemical or Chemical Engineering, or related fields (MSc. or PhD)
- 5+ years of analytical experience from industry, particularly within bioassay methods for biologics
- Proficiency in bioanalytical methods like ELISA, Octet, qPCR, SDS-PAGE, and cell-based potency
- Experience within automation ex, EpMotion
- Stellar communication skills in English, perfect for bonding with our diverse, vibrant team
