Inventory Clerical Assistant

Kendall Auto Mall in Nampa has an immediate opening for an Inventory Clerical Assistant. The position will be primarily responsible for managing inbound inventory transports pdi's etc.

Duties & essential job tasks:

• Create and input new vehicle invoices into database 
• Create key packets for new inbound vehicles
• Assist department manager with new car inventory price changes online
• Assist in reporting delivery information to manufacturer and incentive applications
• Work with service department on recalls and courtesy transportation vehicles
• Miscellaneous clerical duties including data input on the computer and filing
• Perform other duties as assigned

Candidates must be willing to work weekend and/or evening shifts, have the capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models, have a good driving record and valid driver license.

Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
