ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Recruit, hire, and onboard new hires for all markets and districts. 
• Conduct assigned employee training per Blue Fig leadership.
• Serve as the lead on special projects assigned by Blue Fig leadership.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain office paperwork, and reviewed leases for corp store locations. 
• Work with the human resources department to create job descriptions, recruit and hire competent personnel, and contribute to employee training programs.
• Working with Market Directors to ensure employee performance evaluations and continuous feedback are ongoing to develop staff members.
• Collaborate with Blue Fig leadership to ensure company-wide operational compliance.
• Work with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure compliance with facility maintenance and building codes. 
• Create specialty reports and provide feedback to the leadership team.
• Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• None. No direct reports.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.
• Operations management experience equivalent (to substitute for educational requirements) plus a minimum of 10 years.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• Extensive operational wireless retail industry knowledge (more than 10 years).
• Understand the organization’s role in the wireless retail industry.
• Strategic planning, sales forecasting, and implementation of sales strategies to ensure all goals are met.

• Bilingual / English & Spanish REQUIRED 

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Hourly $15.00 
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
