ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager, Content Production – North America Consumer Brands manages our dynamic plug-and-play partner production ecosystem, maintains creative best practices, works with our global media platform partners, and evolves our social ecosystem. This role sits at the heart of all North American SCJ marketing, working with brands, media, and creative agencies to evolve our progressive Unified Production Governance model [UPG] (ranked as one of the best in enterprise) for quality & scale. In this role, you will have a line of sight on all production. You will work with our partners to bring on new capabilities and new forms of storytelling, optimize existing partner relationships, and use technology and new production methods to continuously boost our creative deliverables. Marketing Operations is centralized, enabling innovation and collaboration to promote growth for our brands. To deliver leading capabilities that allow our brands & categories the flexibility to localize to medium, optimize, and drive differentiated growth across all current and future marketing touchpoints. In this role, you will sit within the Content and Production function of NA Marketing Operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work directly with the teams to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and capability growth for SCJ and our brands
Continue to evolve, test, and iterate new forms of creative and production with our platform partners, our agencies, and production partners
Pilot new ways of working and invest in forms of content to meet the changing demands of marketing
Act as an executive producer for certain critical project and media partnerships
Continue to flesh out our content marketing and partner ecosystem
Measure creative effectiveness of various asset types and media platforms to continuously optimize
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years relevant work experience OR advanced degree with 5+ years relevant work experience
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Advanced degree
Demonstrated skills in managing complexity, providing strategic insight and executional excellence
Experience leading cross-functional teams to complete a task
Film production experience
Strong digital content background
Understanding of the media landscape
Project management leadership skills
Organizational and communication skills with proven ability to work with agency partners
Proven leadership in setting strategic direction and innovation in solving content production issues
Experience with media, client, or agency ideal
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full time onsite position in Racine, WI.
Up to 25% travel (when permitted based on federal and SCJ guidelines)
Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees.
This role is eligible for domestic relocation.
