About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Fiat to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of Fiat payment infrastructure at Quidax. You’ll own the roadmap for fiat on- and off-ramps, spearhead integrations with banks and PSPs, and work cross-functionally to ensure our customers enjoy a seamless, high-performing fiat experience across every market we serve.

This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of payments, product strategy, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Owning

Build and Scale Fiat Payment Infrastructure

• Lead discovery and evaluation of local and global fiat channels across priority markets.

• Define the long-term vision, product strategy, and roadmap for fiat infrastructure at Quidax.

• Select and negotiate with PSPs, banks, and partners to drive cost-efficient, scalable payment options.

Drive Execution Across Teams

• Own end-to-end delivery of Fiat integration projects—defining scope, timelines, and KPIs.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Ops teams to ensure robust, compliant rollouts.

• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.

Optimize Performance and Unlock Growth

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., success rates, latency, cost-per-transaction).

• Build dashboards and reporting systems to enable visibility, action, and continuous improvement.

• Support market expansion efforts by tailoring fiat strategies to new regions and user needs.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

✅ You have 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, payments, or blockchain.
✅ You’ve led the design, launch, and scaling of fiat channels, PSP integrations, or payment infrastructure.
✅ You’re an expert collaborator, able to align cross-functional teams behind bold ideas and clear plans.
✅ You’re a data-driven decision-maker who thrives on solving complex problems.
✅ You bring clarity and structure to ambiguity, and you’re confident leading conversations with execs, partners, and regulators.

These are nice to have, so not necessarily a deal breaker for us

• Experience in crypto exchanges, wallets, or embedded finance platforms.

• Exposure to launching payment products in Africa, LATAM, or Asia.

• Familiarity with compliance, risk, and regulatory frameworks for fiat products.
