Responsibilities:

• Management Excellence: Oversee the assigned production area, meticulously planning personnel and production capacities to ensure smooth operations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop our talented team, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
• Collaborative Spirit: Forge strong partnerships with supporting departments, including SCM, QM, ME, and MT, to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement projects and work closely with the CIP department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Change Management: Play a pivotal role in change procedures and new project launches, ensuring successful implementation.
• Performance Reporting: Provide insightful reporting on production results, offering valuable insights for ongoing optimization.

 

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Minimum high school education, preferably technical.
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading employees within a production company.
• Communication Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to address large groups effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with PC, Windows Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and basic technical and drawing documentation.
• Team Player: Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Resilience: Demonstrated resistance to stress and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Driver's License: Possession of a valid driving license (category B).
