About Women’s Health

Bonafide, Uqora and Equelle comprise Pharmavite's Women's Health portfolio. Collectively, these brands are driven by their promise to champion women's health and joy at every age.

Our People

Our Women’s Health team is composed of highly experienced professionals dedicated to making a meaningful impact. Bring your whole self to our Women’s Health brands — you’ll be welcomed by a team that shares your passion, purpose, and pride in our products while embracing your unique talents, creativity, and collaborative spirit.

This role is not available for sponsorship including I-983 participation.

We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic leader to join our team as Sr Manager, Brand Strategy & Product Innovation. This role sits at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and execution — shaping the future of our product portfolio while building brand equity and deepening our connection with customers.

You will be responsible for two critical areas:

Product Innovation & Portfolio Strategy:

  • Identify and evaluate white space opportunities within priority expansion areas in women’s health.
  • Own 1–2 core need states, managing the portfolio end-to-end — from ideation and consumer insights to readiness for commercialization.
  • Partner cross-functionally (R&D, Regulatory, Operations, Creative, Commercial) to bring products from concept to shelf with excellence.
  • Manage portfolio architecture, ensuring products, sub-brands, and innovations fit cohesively under the master brand.
  • Manager product portfolio lifecycle including post-launch product improvements and renovations.

Brand Strategy & Growth:

  • Act as brand ambassador internally — educating teams, aligning leadership around strategy, and evolving brand identity when needed.
  • Define and monitor brand health KPIs with analytics partners, and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Translate brand strategy into annual commercial priorities.
  • Identify ways to target, penetrate, and acquire key customer segments.
  • Empower teams and external partners (creative, media, agencies) to execute with consistency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the long-term innovation roadmap and portfolio strategy for both core and expansion need states.
  • Translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable product opportunities.
  • Own end-to-end development of assigned innovation projects through stage gate process including concept, testing, validation and business case for launch.
  • Build frameworks to measure, report, and act on brand health and equity drivers.
  • Develop brand playbooks and activation strategies to sharpen positioning and expand reach.
  • Collaborate across product, comms, performance marketing, sales, and customer experience to ensure integration and impact.
  • Serve as a thought leader, keeping a pulse on women’s health, supplements, and broader wellness trends.

What Success Looks Like:

  • A robust, insight-led innovation pipeline is built and managed, with 1–2 core need states progressing through the stage-gate process from concept to launch with clear consumer validation and business cases.
  • Clear brand priorities established and communicated annually, based on category, company, and consumer insights to drive growth.
  • Brand health and equity metrics trend upward, reflecting improved awareness, consideration, and loyalty through cohesive brand strategy and execution across teams and partners.
  • Cross-functional collaboration drives executional excellence, with R&D, Creative, and Commercial teams aligned on portfolio strategy and brand priorities — delivering launches on time and on brand.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6-8 years of experience in brand management or product innovation.
  • Proven track record of leading product development from concept through launch readiness.
  • Strong background in consumer insights and brand strategy.
  • Excellent ability to connect market data, consumer insights, and business strategy into actionable plans.
  • Highly collaborative leader who can drive alignment across teams.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Passion for women’s health and improving lives through better wellness solutions.
  • MBA a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in health, wellness, CPG, or similar industry
