Job Summary:
The HR Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in advancing our HR operations by leading meticulous data audits, ensuring compliance through robust reporting, and driving strategic decision-making with comprehensive HR metrics support. They will be instrumental in M&A and RIF initiatives, conducting in-depth process analysis to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the HR department. This position will report into the HR Programs team within HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data.

Support the creation and maintenance of compliance reports, adhering to legal and company standards.

In partnership with HRLT, lead the development and comprehensive analysis of HR metrics to drive strategic decision-making.

Partner with COE leaders to develop process standardization around M&A and RIF

Provide support during mergers, acquisitions, and reduction in force (RIF) initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with regulations.

Analyze HR processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions for enhanced performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR projects and initiatives.

Champion the maintenance and enhancement of internal HR SharePoint pages, ensuring they remain a valuable resource for the team.

Assist HRIS team with data uploads, system maintenance and reporting configuration

Manage relocation tasks including, exception management, custom and international moves, Tier 2 program support, audits and reporting

Additional responsibilities may include supporting HR technology implementations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR analyst role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and PowerBI.
- Experience in data visualization and creating informative HR dashboards.
- Well versed in technical nomenclature and experience with HR system maintenance
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong process improvement skills and a track record of implementing successful enhancements.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying opportunities and independently implementing solutions to achieve organizational goals.
- Excellent customer service orientation with proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
