CALNET is ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, CMMI-Level III and CMMC Level 2 certified. We are currently searching for a talented, professional Senior Business Analyst to join our team to support DHS.   About the JobThe Senior Business Analyst will examine current business processes and integrate new solutions to enhance GTI’s goal of developing more leads of better quality. He or she will propose more efficient and effective processes of conducting Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) while providing full analysis of research and analysis on matters of national security to support Federal Law Enforcement investigations. The Senior Business Analyst will have experience with extracting information from large volumes of data and clearly communicate findings and make recommendations. The Senior Business Analyst trains and leads the Junior Analyst. Requirements   

• Five (5) or more years’ developing data solutions end to end, from gathering requirements from business stakeholders to implementation and delivery.
• Five (5) or more years’ creating automated and user-friendly reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools that are easily accessible and consumable for requestors to help drive decision-making and case progression.
• Four (4) or more years’ experience in open-source intelligence data support, PED (processing, exploitation dissemination) of collected data and follow-up research
• Four (4) or more years’ experience in mining or scraping large amounts of data from open and dark web; perform ETL (extract, transform, load) processes on collected data
• Four (4) or more years’ experience in social media exploitation, trend development, illicit network analysis, and identification of hidden associations.
• Three (3) or more years’ experience in data analysis including trend analysis, link analysis, and identification of hidden associations
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Requires a Public Trust clearance
