What you'll do...
The Director of Communications for Walmart U.S. People is a key member of our world-class communications team, advising and supporting People leadership to enhance Walmart’s reputation as America’s favorite place to shop and work. This proactive leader brings a strategic mindset, strong writing skills, and expertise in both internal and external communications to drive change and build effective cross-functional partnerships.

Through owned and earned channels, we create clear, compelling communications that strengthen our reputation by showcasing Walmart’s unique culture and opportunities, while simultaneously empowering associates to lead through change.
What you’ll do:
Support our mission to elevate Walmart’s employer brand!
Develop and execute owned and earned communications strategies.
Serve as a thought-partner to executive leadership, helping translate sensitive and complex initiatives into clear, compelling, and actionable communications!

You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
