We are seeking the best talent for a Manager, Professional (HCP) Marketing for ACUVUE® Contact Lenses to be based in Jacksonville, FL.
Purpose: The Manager, Professional (HCP) Marketing for ACUVUE® Contact Lenses, leads the development and execution of fully coordinated go-to-market digital strategies & campaign elements working with cross-functional internal teams and media & creative agencies. This dynamic role includes audience strategy & management, data analysis and is also responsible for shaping and leading creative and content to drive equity to make ACUVUE® the brand of choice for eye care professionals. This role demands a strong level of collaboration, curiosity, and critical thinking to partner closely with other commercial functions to drive execution excellence. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Professional Strategy within the U.S. Marketing department.
You will be responsible for:
Lead execution of marketing strategies with detailed project ownership across professional (HCP) digital channels to include email campaigns, paid media, sponsorships, and website.
Sync communications in alignment with priority messaging and business objectives to drive high value actions and consistent messaging across all touchpoints with powerful creative, claims and compelling CTAs.
Deliver powerful communications with a robust data strategy, advanced analytics, and activation capabilities in partnership with commercial partners.
Manage professional audiences, personalization and segmentation.
Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns to measure performance, draw insights, and communicate data-driven, actionable ways to optimize and drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with loyalty team and brand managers to execute on marketing campaigns and deliver the optimal communication experience.
Build and develop test-and-learns to measure impact and effectiveness of creative, segmentation, and channel to analyze and improve performance.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and ethical standards in all marketing activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA is preferred
Minimum of 8 years dynamic business experience is required
Direct experience in CRM platforms such as SalesForce MarketingCloud is required. Experience in agile project management methodology is a nice-to-have.
Digital marketing, brand management or related field with a deep understanding of the integrated marketing experience and the role digital plays in the marketing mix is preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are required
Ability to define and set critical metrics for measuring program efficiency and link actions to business outcomes
