Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Sales, Marketing and Contracts team based in Herndon, Virginia.
As an Administrative Assistant at Airbus Commercial Aircraft, you are the engine that keeps our Sales, Marketing, and Contracts team moving forward. Your Working Environment:

Your Challenges:
Coordinate meetings, events, weblive logistics, team boosters, workshops, and associated communications
Manage duties associated with travel & expense, phones, and IT & Facilities
Update & maintain team travel and vacation team calendars
Cascade information, announcements, and process updates
Manage agendas, mail, and distribution lists
Assist team with coordinating campaigns and proposals
Assist team with supporting customer requests as appropriate
Assist team with consistent application of E&C guidelines
Create PO requisitions and goods receipts using Click n’ Buy tool
Promote positive work environment and monitor team morale
Promote initiatives to reduce environmental footprint (reduction of printing, plastic, waste)
Other duties as assigned

Minimum 3+ years experience in administrative support roles servicing multiple and dynamic teams
