The Director is a key strategic partner and advisor to the Chief Advancement Officer. They help manage strategies and next steps for a select portfolio of highly-rated prospects and donors and oversee a diverse portfolio of special projects that have impact across the department. The role works closely with the Executive Assistant and oversees the Chief Advancement Office budget. The Director works with the CAO and members of the executive team to ensure coordination of planning, alignment of resources, and the nurturing of a productive, supportive, and engaged staff. For many projects, the position works closely with the Executive Director of Operations and carries a dotted line to that position.
