Senior Executive Assistant, Office of the CEO
Turntide Technologies is helping turn the tide on climate change with breakthrough technologies that accelerate electrification and sustainable operations for energy-intensive industries. We develop full-stack, integrated, open systems that support commercial and industrial electric vehicles, building operations, and agriculture to optimize how the world uses energy, so every watt is worthwhile for humanity. We’re looking for curious, intelligent, collaborative people from diverse backgrounds who want to make a real impact on the sustainability of our planet.
The Job
We’re looking for Senior Executive Assistant, who will be a trusted and respected member of the executive office. Working closely with our Chief of Staff, you are a trusted partner, and the liaison between our CEO and other team members, delegating tasks and ensuring follow-up, freeing up his time to concentrate on strategic decisions, product innovation, and customer meetings. You will play a critical role in enabling our CEO to focus on work that is most impactful. You will focus on more than simply efficient calendar management, prioritizing meetings, and booking travel arrangements. You will filter and prioritize incoming communication, summarizing important points, flagging critical items to our CEO.
In this role, you will support our CEO's calendar and relationships. You'll get to know his contacts better than he does, establishing professional relationships with his network, other executive assistants, and key staff members. Your role includes managing internal and external communication, drafting correspondence, and handling inquiries. You might also respond on the CEO's behalf.
You are proactive and resourceful, able to find solutions independently and with a willingness to learn new skills and leverage new technologies. You are a problem-solver and decision maker, comfortable making informed decisions in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
At this point, we hope you're feeling excited about the job description you’re reading. Even if you don't feel that you meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We're eager to meet people that believe in Turntide's mission and can contribute to our team in a variety of ways - not just candidates who check all the boxes. We want people to feel comfortable expressing their true selves and to come, stay, and do their best work here.
