Schedule: Full-Time (Contract)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Administrative Field Support professional to provide critical support across HR, payroll, time and attendance, and operational administration. This role requires a flexible self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting field operations approximately 30% of the time.

This contract position is ideal for someone with a blend of HR generalist experience, administrative expertise, and light finance and accounting acumen, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the administrative point of contact for field operations, traveling approximately 30% of the time to provide on-site support.

  • Oversee time and attendance systems: perform weekly timesheet audits, validate data, and ensure timely approval submissions.

  • Manage payroll upload processes on a pay cycle basis; coordinate with payroll processing vendors or internal systems to ensure accuracy.

  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and compliance tracking.

  • Support the operational team with documentation, scheduling, and communication coordination.

  • Assist with tracking and reconciling employee-related expenses or stipends, and provide light reporting support to finance as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and labor regulations.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration, office management, or related administrative roles.

  • Familiarity with payroll systems, timekeeping software, and HRIS platforms.

  • Solid understanding of employment policies and basic labor laws.

  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with data reports or audits.

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in both office and field environments.

  • Must be comfortable traveling up to 30% of the time to support dispersed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a contract, consulting, or field-based administrative role.

  • Exposure to light financial operations such as stipend tracking, invoicing support, or budget reconciliation.

  • Experience with platforms such as TriNet, NetSuite, Navan, or similar payroll/timekeeping and expense systems.

Compensation & Term:

This is a contract position compensated through a bi-weekly stipend equivalent up to $100,000 annually. Travel-related expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
