The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

Role Overview:

This individual will be responsible for defining and implementing the strategy for data protection, dynamic data masking, entitlement management, and identity-driven enforcement in SAP. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in deploying complex compliance tools and a broad background in SAP security implementation.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand compliance requirements and translate them into effective compliance policies.
• Lead a globally distributed team across multiple time zones, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and productivity
• Design and implement solutions involving information security and compliance needs.
• Provide in-depth technical knowledge and expertise during pilot, proof of concept stage, and organization-wide deployment.
• Resolve complex compliance problems where in-depth security evaluation is required.
• Lead the Design, implementation and testing effort of tools such as NextLabs and SAP UI Masking
• Administer and maintain technologies to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
• Creation of documentation for SAP Data security policies and procedures.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 7 years’ experience.
• 7+ years’ experience applying SAP security features and best practices.
• 7+ years with Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) and experience in deploying policy-based access control within SAP Landscape.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Hands-on implementation experience with SAP security and compliance tools, including NextLabs and SAP UI Masking, as part of engagements with Big 4 System Integrators
• 10+ years of experience in SAP Security and Compliance arena covering Attribute Based Access Controls, Role Based Access Controls areas.
• Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight into complex, cross-domain, heterogeneous networked environments in collaboration with Customers, the Information
