What you'll do...

The Assistant Studio Production Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in scheduling, documentation and workflow of pre-production for the Ford Motor Company training team. This candidate will assist the Studio Production Coordinator and the Supervising Producer in the day-to-day elements of receiving briefs, tasking them into a pre-production calendar, and coordinating what production elements will be necessary for a successful video/content creation. The successful candidate will be self-driven and motivated to find all the necessary pieces to help the managers of pre-production, production, and post-production execute at the highest level. This role will interact with all areas of production in keeping things aligned and on task.

• Create workflows that set the production and post-production team up for success
• Coordinate schedules and communicate with business partners realistic timelines, issues in production, reviews, and help maintain transparency on status
• Work with the Production Coordinator receiving the briefs and intakes to make sure all relevant information is acquired before initiating a shoot
• Book or schedule vehicles, talent, and other moving pieces of production
• Acquiring and filing of sensitive information 

A meticulous and detailed oriented Assistant Studio Production Coordinator will be able to blend lots of moving pieces and remain on task. The person will make sure that tasks are followed up on, and that the appropriate documentation is filed. With scripts moving from business owners, to project managers, to our team, back into legal, and then disseminated to our writers, before it’s kicked over to production and post-production for creation- this role needs an individual who loves to connect the dots. Problem-solving, adaptability, and precise accuracy are crucial to this candidate’s success. Familiarity with production, automotive, and agency are very important to the details of this role.

You'll have... 

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years experience in entertainment/marketing/advertising
• 2+ years experience working with data entry, logistics, task management

 

Even better, you may have...

• 5+ years of professional experience in production and/or pre-production
• The ability to think creatively and offer input, with meticulous critical problem solving
• Management of sensitive files and data
• Proficient in MS Office (including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) and familiar with task managing software
