Job Responsibilities:

Join our team as an HR Generalist! This position provides a wide variety of support to the HR department and Team Members focusing on HR systems, internal recruiting, BGM policy application and Team Member relations with respect to quality of work life.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors' Degree in HR, Business, or 5 years' experience in HR or equivalent in experience and other education

• 1 to 3 years of HR manufacturing experience 

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong verbal, written, and cross-culture communication skills, emphasizing interpersonal and group communication skills

• Organizational and leadership/management skills

• Critical path problem solving

• Strong Business Acumen

• Mathematical, analytical, and computer skills emphasizing the use of Microsoft Office
