Job Overview:
This is a full‑time, in‑office position supporting Financial Advisors and focusing on delivering a high‑quality client experiences while collaborating closely with various internal departments across a growing organization. Ideal candidates are team‑oriented and motivated to make a meaningful impact, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement in all aspects of their work.
Responsibilities:
Communicate daily with advisors and clients, taking ownership of inquiries and ensuring timely resolutions
Handle client questions on account activity, policies, and documentation
Submit and process account activities such as new accounts, transfers, maintenance, and trade orders
Proactively reach out on time‑sensitive items like RMDs, distributions, and tax forms
Research and resolve complex issues while coordinating with internal departments
Maintain accurate client information in CRM and support administrative needs (scheduling, meeting prep)
Promote efficiency by encouraging use of eSignature, paperless statements, and Account View

Requirements:
Ability to go in office M-F in our Williamsville, New York office
2+ years of financial industry experience, preferably in wealth management
Strong background in client service with excellent communication skills
Core Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective oral and written communication; able to explain complex information clearly and simply
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partners
Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, driven and takes initiative
Experience with the Microsoft program suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Preferences:
Desire to obtain industry licenses (i.e. SIE, Series 7 and 66)
