Job Description

 

The Facilities Quality and Standards Manager is responsible for providing leadership, support, consultative, operational, and regulatory review services to develop and enhance new and existing healthcare facilities account programs and tools. Provides support nationally, to individual regions, and accounts in the implementation, mobilization, and improvement of systems, standards, and processes to ensure consistency of Aramark’s operating programs and consistency of Aramark’s operating capability.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and operational support to healthcare locations as requested by senior leadership
  • Conduct regulatory and operational reviews at healthcare locations as requested by senior leadership
  • Analyze data and provide recommended solutions with appropriate documentation
  • Us operational expertise to implement new and existing systems and technologies
  • Assist with new service mobilizations and implement Aramark's programs and Absolute Success Elements (ASE)
  • Review current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPI's) and develop new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPI's)
  • Develop or modify Preventive Maintenance text and frequencies for System, Class Objects (SCO's) in FFP
  • Provide support to computerized maintenance management system relative to system operation, development upgrades, enhancements and/or training
  • Review new technologies available to the field operations and incorporate into the Aramark operations and Maintenance program
  • Revitalize our program, develop preferred provider agreements for equipment and service providers specific to healthcare
  • Support the Aramark Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMC) nationally through the development, enhancements and training to the Operations and Maintenance Modules of Facility Fit Pro (FFP)
  • Evaluate Aramark's operating program standards, measure performance and recommend solutions in order to enhance or improve operations. 
  • Document observations and recommendations with formal reporting methods for client and internal audiences. 
  • Create and develop relationship with Aramark leaders and key stakeholders. 
  • Assist in the development implementation, and facilitation of training programs for Front Line managers and employees to include technical training. 
  • Works in cross lines of service within the Healthcare Center of Excellence, providing mobilization support and other projects as assigned. 
  • Support with surveys and sales presentations for new customers. Support District Managers and Regional Vice Presidents with renewals for existing Operations and Maintenance clients. Provide benchmarking and analysis as required. 
  • Exemplify Aramark's safety culture and participate in Aramark SAFE practices
  • Partner with Innovation & Expertise Teams and advocate for change and implement new technologies, handheld devices, programs and/or process consistent with initiatives developed and approved by Aramark Center of Excellence Teams.
  • Adhere to all established systems and training programs to provide a safe work environment.
  • Comply with OSHA, EPA and other local, state and federal regulations
  • Maintain compliance with Aramark's standards of operations, Business Conduct Policy.
  • Maintains compliance with all requirements of Federal, State and local regulations and guidelines including the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 7 years of experience in facilities management services.
  • Prior healthcare support services experience preferred
  • Solid strategic, analytical, and decision-making experience in driving outcomes, creating proformas, and in ROI analysis is preferred.

 

Note: This role requires extensive travel of up to 90%

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000.  If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
