Job Description

  • Performs preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, installations, and corrective maintenance on industrial doors of all types, including automatic store front doors, roll up doors, slider doors, and air shower doors. Including troubleshooting and repairs of controls, door closers and other controllers. Inspect and repair dock levelers, and other loading dock related equipment. 5 plus years experience in commercial door and door controls repairs.
  • Inspects major systems and identifies operating problems, performs complex troubleshooting, and implements repairs.
  • Performs rounds and readings to ensure equipment is operating normally.
  • Performs building operations including building automation monitoring, alarm response, and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Supports continuous improvement efforts for the site.
  • Must wear ANSI safety shoes composite toe and personal protective equipment.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
  • Daily and punctual attendance in the job site is required.

No travel required.

  • Written Communication – Uses correct English grammar, punctuation and spelling to communicate thoughts, ideas, information and messages in writing.
