LOGISTICS COORDINATOR (PART-TIME)

Currently, Teltonika USA is looking for a part-time Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Irving, Texas.

 

In this role, your duties will relate to the shipping and receiving of Teltonika products and materials.

 

In this role you will:

• Schedule, and manage the movement of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities
• Monitor shipments in real-time, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any delays or issues that arise
• Provide shipment status updates to internal and external stakeholders, address any inquiries or concerns
• Identify and resolve logistics-related issues, such as delays, damage, or incorrect shipments

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency MS Office

 

Our offer:

• Work type: On-site at our office location (5000 Riverside Dr, Irving, TX 75039)
• Training: Onboarding on Teltonika‘s internal systems, product related topics;

• Working hours: 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri); must be able to come in every day
• Compensation: $20 USD per hour
