Job Title: Senior Product Analyst - Real World Data Platform

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Analyst to establish and lead the implementation of product analysis as a critical function within our Real World Data Platform team, with a strong focus on multimodal clinicogenomic datasets.

As the Senior Product Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and shaping the strategic direction of our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and execute a comprehensive product analysis framework, utilizing advanced analytical skills and data analysis tools. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to develop tailored data products for the pharmaceutical industry, leveraging your expertise to ensure the success of our platform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish Product Analysis Function: Lead the implementation and development of a robust product analysis function within the Real World Data Platform team. Define best practices, processes, and methodologies to guide product analysis efforts and drive actionable insights.

  2. Advanced Data Analysis: Apply advanced data analysis techniques to extract insights from product performance data, user feedback, and market trends. Utilize statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

  3. Development of Data Analysis and Visualization Tools: Design, develop, and enhance data analysis and visualization tools to empower stakeholders to gain meaningful insights from real world data. Leverage tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI to create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

  4. Collaborative Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, developers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback. Work collaboratively to align product development efforts with stakeholder requirements, ensuring the analytical tools and insights generated meet their specific needs.

  5. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the real world data platform and data products to Natera’s Data Program. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders.

  6. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement within the real world data platform and data product offerings. Make recommendations for process enhancements, feature additions, or data quality improvements to drive customer satisfaction and platform effectiveness.

  7. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on data analysis techniques and tools. Share best practices and promote a data-driven culture within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Healthcare, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (5 years minimum) as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a strong focus on advanced data analysis and development of data analysis and visualization tools.

  • Experience in establishing and leading a product analysis function within a software development organization.

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • In-depth knowledge of real world data sources, data management, and analytics technologies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
