Completion of ninth grade and one year of relevant experience. Appropriate vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Job Description:

Assist NRF Facilities Manager with managing tools in shop, refilling brine tank with salt as needed and other various tasks assigned for the NRF’s needs.

Assist NRF Facilities Manager with monitoring the Cleanroom inventory and keeping up with the lab supplies needed in the NRF Cleanroom. Launder Cleanroom gowns and track the adequate supply of Cleanroom gowns in the Cleanroom.

Assist NRF Facilities Manager with managing Hazardous Waste Management in the facility in compliance with the UF's Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) regulations. Assist with managing NRF’s inventory chemicals (via Gator tracks).

Assist NRF Facilities Manager with any facilities issues that need to be addressed timely. Ensure the sanitary of NRF fan deck and gown room areas are up to standard.

Providing service of coating research sample in Au-Pd/Carbon for NRF clients/users.

Assist NRF Facilities Manager with analyzing NRF’s Process Chilled Water chemistry.

Expected Salary:

$16.00 per hour

Required Qualifications:

Completion of ninth grade and one year of relevant experience. Appropriate vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Preferred:

Experience assisting with with lab equipment maintenance, building operations maintenance, customer service, cleanroom facilities maintenance.
