The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, playing a critical role in driving key strategic initiatives, optimizing organizational effectiveness, and ensuring seamless execution across the business. This is a highly visible, individual contributor role that requires significant interaction with the Executive Leadership Team.

Experience/Education
- Educational Experience: Strong undergraduate degree; MBA from a top program or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required
- Professional Experience: 3-6 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as management consulting, investment banking, equity research, or a high-growth healthcare / technology company; Previous experience as Chief of Staff is desirable, but not required
- Industry Knowledge: Deep experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with medical device, pharma, or AI technology companies, is a significant
