About the role

The Enterprise Architecture Solutions Engineer creates and delivers solutions for implementing and integrating product and services offerings for Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE technology, tax, and legal customers. These solutions are focused at the intersection of our products and our customers’ application, technical, and data architectures.

This is a role that focuses on the detail level of our products and our services with a strong emphasis on customer experience and implementation success.

About the Role:

  • Working with the Architecture Leads to develop and implement service offerings and products in the customer and consultant technology space.
  • Working with Implementation Teams and customers to coordinate and deliver implementation activities as necessary.
  • Developing and delivering integration solutions that extend or expand our formal product offerings.
  • Focusing on customer experience and executing on Leadership Team and Enterprise Architecture Team visions for solutions and services delivery.
  • Continuously refine and expand technical skills and expertise in the context of Corporates Professional Services Enterprise Architecture remit.

About You:

  • Higher Education Degree or Diploma – Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business preferred
  • 7+ Years relevant work experience
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle Fusion, Peoplesoft, D365, Netsuite
  • Experience with implementation and administration of Linux and Windows
  • Experience with Oracle 19c, SQL Server 2016/2019, SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL
  • Must have strong product space understanding of ERPs, Integration Software, and External Tax and Trade products.
  • Must have experience developing in and modifying enterprise ERP software.
  • Must have experience implementing tax calculation software in a consultant role.
  • Must have experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives from initiation phase through to maintenance and stabilization.
  • Must understand iterative, system, and performance testing and be able to define testing plans and criteria evaluation.
  • Must have strong customer facing skills to facilitate complex discovery and solution design discussions for ERP integrations and solutions.
  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives concurrently, both individually and with a strong focus on team collaboration.
