Position Overview:

Nandail Property Management is currently seeking a skilled and reliable General Handyman to join our team in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities will include plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Have to travel around 50 miles radius from home location
• Respond quickly and efficiently to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols
• Work collaboratively with the team to uphold high-quality property maintenance standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman with strong expertise in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Must have basic tools for work
• Reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
