Truck/Roll-Off Dumpster Driver ASAP Rentals (Supporting SERVPRO of SB)

ASAP Rentals, a fast-growing dumpster and equipment rental company, is hiring a dependable Truck / Roll-Off Dumpster Driver. This role is employed by ASAP Rentals, but you will also provide part-time support to SERVPRO® of South Bend, Mishawaka, and Elkhart for equipment and material transport. We use the SERVPRO name in our job postings to increase visibility, but this is not a SERVPRO employee-only position. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate roll-off trucks, flatbeds, or trucks with trailers for dumpster delivery and pickup
• Ensure proper and safe placement, loading, securing, and transportation of dumpsters and materials
• Perform daily basic mechanical checks (fluids, tires, minor adjustments)
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, project managers, and customers
• Support SERVPRO operations part-time with equipment moves or warehouse tasks
• Follow all company and DOT safety protocols

 Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Experience with roll-off or similar equipment strongly preferred
• Basic mechanical skills required
• Ability to maneuver trucks in tight spaces (residential & commercial)
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Able to pass background check and drug screening
