We are looking for Team Lead, Trustee Specialist to support the Trustee team to work a remote hybrid model with at least one day/week in our Kansas City OR St. Louis, MO office.

Job Description

What you will do

• Review/execution of foreclosure documents to ensure client SLAs are met 
• Assist with receipt/disbursement of 3rd party sales 
• Assist in ordering appraisals in the VA system 

Qualifications

As a qualified candidate, you have...

• Attention to detail
• Experience with Mortgage Trustee, Foreclosure, or Bankruptcy
• An understanding of Trustee Services processes and procedures
• Notary Certification preferred
