We are looking for a mission-critical senior leader to lead the next chapter of our internal evolution. We want to move beyond "using tools" to building a seamless, autonomous intelligence layer that powers every corner of our business.</p> <p>You will report directly to the CEO & Co-Founder and take end-to-end ownership of NavVis’ internal AI, data, and systems landscape. This is a newly created, high-impact role for a leader who views AI, data, and systems as a strategic engine for speed, scalability, and long-term competitive advantage. We’re looking for a true entrepreneur and builder—someone who thrives on execution in a deep-tech scale-up, and knows that the fastest way forward is by bringing people along.</p> <p> </p> <h3>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</h3> <ul> <li data-start="1237" data-end="1530"><strong data-start="1237" data-end="1268">Architecting the agentic future: </strong>Lead the transition from manual and system-supported workflows to AI-enabled, increasingly autonomous processes across all global functions. You will take AI initiatives from concept to production and ensure they are fully integrated into business operations.</li> <li data-start="1237" data-end="1530"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Rethinking & Rebuilding our system landscape:</strong> You have a full mandate to rethink our entire current setup. If it doesn't serve our future as an AI-first company, your mission is to simplify legacy structures and rebuild our enterprise backbone from the ground up.</li> <li data-start="1237" data-end="1530"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Transforming our Go-to-Market landscape:</strong> Lead an immediate overhaul of our Go-to-Market systems and data flow. Partner with Sales, Marketing and CXT to eliminate silos and build a unified, AI-first foundation that serves as the blueprint for our wider organizational transformation.</li> <li data-start="1237" data-end="1530"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Designing the "NavVis OS":</strong> Own the internal AI, data, and systems landscape end-to-end.
