Responsibilities
Work with global cross-functional engineering and business teams across full product development and deployment project lifecycle to build innovative, international, and multi-language content user-facing technology products, services, or features by incorporating data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational goals.
Design products to provide the best experiences for users to create, consume, and enjoy content on our platform, with the specific focus on allowing users to create creative content in diverse formats.
Provide strategic contribution to development and execution of products that leverage and enhance our products' unique features by working with Engineering and design team from concept to launch.
Assist management in identifying product opportunities, defining product problems, and solving product solutions to motivate diverse formats of content creation and consumption.
Define clear and precise data metrics to best represent the business performance and adjust product strategies dynamically.
Serve as a liaison between engineering and business teams and communicate complex technical and non-technical information between teams to ensure streamlined product development.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in the following skills:
Launching new products, services and/or programs, including ensuring product-market fit, performing discovery-oriented market research, developing compelling value propositions, designing go-to-market strategies, and identifying sources of growth;
Working within project team settings to diagnose project problems, making determinative project decisions, influencing project direction and stakeholder decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving organizational change;
Aligning organization's formal and informal structures with strategic goals;
Delivering business presentations with business applications, including Pivot Tables in Excel and PowerPoint, to influence product strategies; and
Gathering and analyzing large digital data sets containing both structured and unstructured data to derive customer insights using statistics programming tools including Excel.

Salary Range: $165120 -$311600 per year
