Job Description
Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Client Manager, Financial Statements to support our Ingram Publisher Services (IPS) team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.
In this role, you will manage the financial literacy of client publishers and internal stakeholders as it relates to the IPS client statements and relevant reporting. On a monthly basis, you will partner with Finance, accounts receivable and IPS brand leads to calculate and apply any necessary reserves or charge backs at the publisher level. You’ll ensure that client publishers remain in good standing and are timely in repayment of any money owed IPS. In addition, you will partner with Operations leads and Finance to develop and implement improvements to the client statement process.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent year for year directly related experience.
- 4 years of experience in client relations, book publishing, book industry, account support, data management, or related field
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to read and analyze financial statements
- Solid client relations experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as the first point of contact for clients and Client Relations Managers with questions on client statements and back-up reporting.
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert in various systems to understand full scope of client statements and publisher payments.
- Develops a strong understanding of the clients’ contractual terms that dictate fees and expenses passed through to client statements.
- Partners with Operations managers and Finance to develop and implement improvements to client statements and supporting reporting.
- Tracks client publisher account balances to ensure accounts remain in good standing and contacts any delinquent accounts.
- Partners with IPS brand leads and Finance to determine and calculate any necessary account holds and/or reserves.
- Communicates atypical account activity to publisher clients and/or internal stakeholders.
