Job Description

Aramark is seeking a dynamic and driven Hospitality & Training Manager to join our team at Capital One Arena. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar management role, with a strong background in compliance, associate management, customer service, and training development. This role requires a proactive leader who can transform customer service standards, respond to guest feedback, and work closely with the analytics team to enhance the overall guest experience.

 

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $100,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.​

Job Responsibilities

  • Compliance and Standards:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Set and maintain high standards for service and compliance.
    • Audit customer experiences to ensure adherence to service standards.
  • Customer Service and Relations:

    • Respond to guest feedback promptly and effectively.
    • Build and lead customer service training programs.
    • Maintain and analyze customer surveys to identify areas for improvement.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customer surveys and feedback.
  • Training and Development:

    • Develop and lead training sessions for associates.
    • Create training materials focused on customer service excellence.
    • Ensure all associates are trained in compliance and service standards.
  • Leadership and Transformation:

    • Drive transformation initiatives to enhance customer service.
    • Lead by example and inspire associates to deliver exceptional service.
    • Collaborate with the analytics team to identify and address areas of improvement.
  • Operational Excellence:

    • Maintain uniform standards and ensure associates adhere to them.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations on customer service performance and improvement plans.
    • Monitor and report on customer service metrics and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar management role.
  • Strong background in compliance, associate management, and customer service.
  • Proven experience in developing and leading training programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and work with analytics teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to work an event-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity with customer service analytics and survey tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
