Job Description

• Implementation of concepts and scripting standards incl. management of optimization measures within the scope of cloud management.
• Operating and Developing the Customer DWH for DPDHL.
• Resolving incidents, reverse engineering of CMDB, implementing new features. 
• Coordinating and controlling the processes according to valid standards, in order to increase the efficiency of the service activity and the customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tools and techniques to manage business processes and ability to understand, monitor, update and enhance existing business or work processes.
• ITIL, Azure/AWS, GIT , Coding, Scripting , JAVA, MS SQL knowledge. 
• English or German knowledge
