Supply Chain Associate Master Data Management - Emerging Leader Program (ELP)

The TOPPAN Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is designed to help you develop leadership skills, gain technical knowledge, establish strong business skills and understand TOPPAN's culture and processes. The program is a blend of hands-on experiences and opportunities. The ELP (Emerging Leader) will assist TOPPAN in providing solutions for our all areas of the business.

This specific ELP role as a Supply Chain Associate will focus on supporting the development of business processes for data management and end-to-end supply chain activities. The role will involve project management, analytics, data governance, and continuous improvement activities, while working cross-functionally amongst the organization. This position will be an integral part of defining our Toppan Master Data Management strategy and execution.

Your time spent in the ELP will cover specific core objectives as follows (but not limited to):

• Technical Skills Training - Safety, Quality, Analytics, Customer Satisfaction
• Leadership Training – Project Management, Networking, Performance Management
• Business Insights - Accountability, Execution, Risk Taking
• Culture Integration – Communication, Collaboration and Innovation

This role is located either in Hartsville, SC or Charlotte, NC.

We look for students who:

• Have or will obtain a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Technology or Business - Supply Chain, Business Administration or Finance by May 2025
• Previous internship experience (preferably in Manufacturing or functional area)
• Proven leadership experience
• Desire to work in or support a manufacturing environment 
• Technical aptitude
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Compensation: 

The annual base salary range for Non-Technical Degrees is between $61,500 and $65,000.

The annual base salary range for Technical Degrees is between $72,000 and $77,500.
