Medical Lab Tech (MLS or MLT)

Medical Associates Clinic is hiring a full or part time Medical Laboratory Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our Laboratory department! This position is open to 2025 MLT/MLS graduates and those with experience!

Schedule: 80 hours per two week pay period including two weekly evening shifts and a Saturday or Sunday weekend rotation. Evening and weekend shifts qualify for excellent shift differential!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Perform technical laboratory functions in microbiology, diagnostic immunology, chemistry, hematology and immunohematology.
• Perform instrument maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Report laboratory test results.
• Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures; collect other laboratory specimens; and properly identify and label specimens. 
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications You Have:
Experience: One to three years of similar or related experience. Experience preferred, but not required. New grads welcome to apply!

Education: MLT or MLS certification (or equivalent) required. Completion of two-year college degree or bachelor’s degree through an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology/Medical Laboratory Science (or equivalent) program that included an internship with a hospital or in a clinical laboratory setting.
