About the Role

We are seeking highly a skilled 3D Max Renderer Expert to create photo-realistic renders of our homes. Using 3D Max, you will work alongside our team of experts to bring architectural designs to life with stunning visualizations.

• 40 hours per week
  
• Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM Los Angeles, CA
  
• Includes 30 minute paid break
  

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality photo-realistic renders using 3D Max.
  

• Collaborate with designers and architects to accurately represent home designs.
  

• Apply textures, lighting, and materials to enhance realism.
  

• Optimize rendering workflows for efficiency and quality.
  

• Ensure final renders meet company standards and client expectations.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in 3D Max and rendering engines like V-Ray or Corona.
  

• MUST be able to share a portfolio utilizing 3D Max rendering

• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and textures.
  

• Experience in architectural visualization and photo-realistic rendering.
  

• Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines.
  

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
