Surface Treatment Lab Tech, 2nd Shift

General Summary

• This position will work Monday's 12pm-10:30pm, Tuesday-Friday except vacation or absent from the other shifts (1:00pm-10:30pm) Rotate every 3 weeks for weekend tank maintenance or weekend production.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

• Analysis and record all processes (3 lines) and make adjustments.
• Do PM checks on 3 lines and record.
• This position is responsible for updating chemical analysis daily and would make proper adds when necessary.
• Light mechanical knowledge.
• Some plumbing knowledge.
• Math using a calculator.
• Able to climb a latter and stairs, sometimes repeatedly.
• Able to lift 50-60 LBS.
• Able to work unsupervised.
• Entry level computer skills.
• Able to multitask.
• Position requires a lot of Saturdays and possible Sundays.

Skills & Abilities Required:

• Ability to effectively communicate and must be able to show good work ethic. Trouble-shooting skills required.
