<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Senior Change Manager&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Skills:</strong> Change Management, Organizational Change, ERP Transformation, Stakeholder Engagement, Executive Communication, Change Adoption, Training Development, Communication Planning, Prosci, Continuous Improvement</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong> 8+ YOE</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, Mexico</p> <p><strong>Mode:</strong> Remote</p> <p>We at Coforge are hiring <strong>Senior Change Manager (#F-10609-ERP-USA-FP-11)</strong> with the following skill set.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and execute change-management strategies for application development, application support, and ERP transformation initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assess organizational readiness, stakeholder impact, and resistance to change while implementing structured change-management frameworks.</p> </li> <li> <p>Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, executive communication, training, awareness, and adoption programs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead post-implementation adoption and stabilization activities while providing updates and recommendations to EVP- and SVP-level Finance stakeholders.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>8+ years of relevant Change Management experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and executive communication.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience developing communication plans and training programs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of post-implementation support and adoption activities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven ability to implement structured change-management frameworks and drive sustainable adoption.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, including EVP- and SVP-level stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience supporting organizational change throughout the transformation lifecycle.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience supporting ERP transformation programs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent Change Management certification.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience supporting technology, Finance, or enterprise business transformations.</p> </li>
